Just had the most helpful WDTC reservationist ever!!!!!
Laramie took the time to listen to all my complicated questions, and had the answers for me. When I stumped her, she offered to connect my call to someone who could help me! She just really we above and beyond.......
She never sounded frustrated with me! She offered to help with flights, rental cars, looked up packages, rooms only, etc. She spend almost 45 minutes total on the call with me.
A lot is made out of WDTC and CRO not being as helpful, and not as knowledgable as they used to be. Thats why I just had to send a big THANK YOU out to LARAMIE where ever you are!!!
