"Love is Blind-But Marriage is a Real Eye Opener!" or "I Don't Do Matching Shirts&quo

Yeah I am not so sure I would either. Could you imagine fighting with a CM becasue they did not charge you enough???:rotfl2: I am not sure they would know what to do. But unfortuneantly (sp?) I am sure they have a really good accounting staff and will figure it out before you get there....That would be my luck anyway and then they would add on another 3 days charges to me....Murphey's law ya know...:rotfl2:

OK, from what I can tell, I left off on Thursday Dec 11th... I have absolutely nothing planned for this day until dinner:woohoo: but I'm sure we will find something to do:rolleyes1 I'm guessing we nay sleep in a bit on this day, but it's kinda hard to do when you are at Disney:rotfl2: We have an ADR for dinner at 'Ohanas at 8pm...originaly we had planned to go early so we could watch the fireworks from the beach before dinner as they were scheduled before park closing at 7pm (it's a MVMCP night at MK) but after we made the ADR Disney changed their calendars to show no fireworks before the party? so now I'm just hoping we can finish up dinner before the fireworks start

again this probably won't be a late night, but since it's our last night at OKW that's good so we can get everything packed and ready for bell services in the morning...we will probably walk around the resort a bit at night to take some pictures too:)

Friday Dec 12th... I'm so excited about this day:banana: we check out of OKW and into AKL Concierge Level:woohoo:
We don't have any park plans this day, but that doesn't mean we won't do one;)
but I am so excited about seeing this resort for the first time that we may just take it all in... sit on the balcony and watch the world go by... or stroll the resort and see what we can find... I see myself taking bunches and bunches of pictures here...
and at 3:45 we have to check in at the podium at Jikos for a Wanyama "Sunset" Safari! This is our anniversary present to each other, but you already new that because I think I have mentioned it a few times in this PTR:rolleyes1

I am so thrilled we get to do this safari...originaly this was my sole reason for booking AKL, but since I have seen some of the threads and pictures about this fabulous resort I can't wait to get their and see it for myself! Danny and I both love Kilimanjaro Safaris Ride and the thought of getting to go onto the AKL Savannas to see animals up close is a dream!
and as most of you know afterwards we eat at Jikos with the rest of our group (up to 12 people can book the Safari)
now Danny is a somewhat picky eater:rolleyes: he swears he isn't but I say he is... but I'm sure there will be something to his liking here, at least that's what I'm hoping for...and I'm thinking aster dinner we will do some more exploring and find the CM's with the night vision binoculars so see the animals at night:cool2:

It will be here before you know it!!!.....It was decided today that we are going to book for next year when we are there...just not sure yet if we are going to do park only, cruise only, or combination....I am voting for combination....and taking my kid outta school for 4 days instead of 2....

that's so cool you already know when you're going back:cool1: I'm not sure about our next trip..I'm kinda thinking we may be going to Disneyland next trip:woohoo: at least that's what I'm hoping for... Haven't been to California since we went in August 2004 and I'm kinda missing it... I was born in Anaheim just down the street from Disneyland and lived most of my life about 2 miles from Disneyland... danny had never been west of Texas before our trip in 2004...we drove and while he didn't want to drive (I refuse to fly anymore) afterwards he was glad we did (kinda):rotfl2: we drove from Florida to California in 2 days (and 2 speeding tickets) (his not mine):lmao: and then spent a few nights in Anaheim and Disneyland as well as seeing my best friend and former workplace... then we drove to San Jose and spent the night before seeing the Winchester Mystery House, then went to San Francisco, Sacramento to Lake Tahoe and the Ponderosa where Bonanza was filmed.. then we drove down the mountain into the ghost town of Bodie... then to Yosemite and Sequoia National parks... back to Southern California and a few more days at Disneyland...this was my first time seeing California Adventure as it wasn't there when I left California in 1999 to move to Florida... on the way home we went to Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and in Texas we stopped at the original Dr Pepper bottling plant... so when we go again it will probably be simular but we may go to San Diego and Sea World as well ...would love to do this next summer but I'm not sure if that's practical

That would be a cool trip.....Sometimes that is the benefit of driving and not fl
ying becasue it was easier to go to all those different places.....

In a way it is good and in another not so good since I will have all those days in between to wait....:rotfl: guess i can have a super long PTR!!!

WhhooooooHoooooo for 6 weeks......I hope you 6 weeks will go faster then my 6 days....:rotfl: Why oh why do the days seem so long when you get so close to leaving???? It is pure torture IMHO !!!!!!:rotfl2:

Saturday Dec 13th... as of right now we don't have any definate plans for this day, other than DTD if we haven't already found time to get there... we may go do some shopping in town too... but for sure I want to spend some time just enjoying the Lodge and take some more pictures...everyone says there is much to do there so I guess we will see what we can explore

It's hard to believe we will be at 39 days tomorrow:woohoo: we started counting at 8 months and now we are under 6 weeks:cool1: at this point instead of saying "only 6 months to go' Danny is saying "just 3 more months"
the hardest part of planning at this point is what clothes to take, since it is December and it is Florida, there is no telling what the weather will be like...
so we will have to pack clothes for cold and not so cold weather..and I always pack toooo many clothes to start:lmao: so this just means more luggage...poor bellmen:rotfl2:

here are a couple more pictures from last years trip...

That is so cool that he did that for you at Coral Reef.....We don't have any birthdays or celebrations close to the times that we are going to do that. I was just telling my DH the other day that the rush is on now....As soon as we get back from DW then we have to get ready for the Holidays and finish the Christmas shopping and Birthday shopping. I love Dec but then again I hate Dec due to the fact that both kids and my Dm were born in Dec and then we have Christmas then my parents anniversary....and this year is their 40th....so busy busy busy times ahead....:cool1:
