been busy today...went and bought a new pair of walking shoes for Disney I'll have to get back on track and figure out where I left off and continue with the PTR either later this evening or tomorrow after work

ok, so when we booked this trip we did it in segments...first we booked OKW from the same guy we used last year when we stayed at WL Villas... we booked 5 nights and got a super good price from him for it then when danny and Daniel were at WDW in April for spring break, I saw a post on here about the Wanyama Safari at AKL..Samantha Brown had gone on it on her new show and somebody posted pictures from their safari and I decided that was what I wanted to do for our anniversary on this trip... so I went online and booked 2 nights Concierge Level so we would get the discount for the Safari... the price is $210 if you aren't Club Level and $160 if you are...and it was only like $35 a night more for CL... so then I decided we should also just go ahead and book the Sunrise Safari as well since we were already staying CL... we were going to do this the day we were leaving, but after Danny thought about it he decided that we would want to stay at AK for a while after the morning safari and he didn't want to start the drive home too late in the day...can you see where this is leading?

so I suggested we book a night at CSR (we both love CSR) and then get up early on the 15th and head home...sound reasonable right? wrong! Danny didn't want any part of switching resorts yet again I didn't see the big deal myself, after all that's why they have bell services right? anyways Danny called and added a 3rd night at AKL, not that I'm complaining ...ok so the first night at ASMusic is paid...the next 2 at CR was made by phone so we called a couple months ago and paid that off too... the 5 nights at OKW were paid when we booked them in March... so last night Danny calls to see if we can just go ahead and pay off AKL...first the CM tells him there is a zero balance huh? not possible...I only paid for 1 night when I booked it because that's all it would let me do online for a room only booking.. the guy checks again and still shows 3 nights at AKL, CL with a zero balance...Danny keeps telling him that's not right, he tells the guy he is looking at the reservation page I just pulled up online and tells the guy how much the balance really is... nope, still showing zero but tells Danny hold on...comes back a few minutes later and says he has guest services on the other line and they can fix it so we can pay the balance...
all they have to do is cancel this reservation, and rebook it WRONG
Danny was like...uh no, that's ok...we have all our safari's and ADR's attached to this reservation...no, no, no!
i could just see them canceling the reservation and then say oops, sorry there is no availability at CL for those dates
so needless to say we will pay the balance of that one when we check in... they never did figure out why it is showing a zero balance

Did you check with your credit card company to make sure they did not put it on there already and it just is not showing up online? I guess all you can do at this time is wait until they ask. Who knows maybe you got some kind of Wish and they took care of the rest....wouldn't that be nice...

it wasn't on a credit card, it is actually a checking account that is nothing but our Disney" fund.. so it's just a debit card with a Visa logo on it, but i check it constantly to verify the balance and such and they definately haven't taken the money out....Danny already said if he gets there to check-in and they show a zero balance he's NOT going to question it
