"Love is Blind-But Marriage is a Real Eye Opener!" or "I Don't Do Matching Shirts&quo

Well gas prices have come down over 60 cents in the past week which is great, hopefully they will keep dropping, that will give us a few extra dollars that I have budgeted for fuel...
I have noticed on the boards in the past few days that many DISers have had to scale back on their trips and in some cases even cancel them all together for this year:sad2: this is very sad to me.. as of right now we aren't making any changes to ours (knock on wood)... as of now ours is paid in full with funds from our Disney account savings and as of today there is about $850 in spending money, but by the time we go that should be at about $2200. which sounds like a lot until you think about it being for 10 days:eek: but since we are on the dining plan for 5 of those days I'm thinking we should be ok

I know what you mean...lol I have a PTR and not many people have responded to it...at times makes me feel a little discouraged to complete it...Oh well...It does help my not to talk about our trip all the time to DH..:confused3

what is the name of your PTR? I would love to read it:thumbsup2

The first time we went to Disney in December was in 2005 for 3 or 4 nights...I fell in love with the Christmas decorations:santa: so last year when we went in Dec for 7 nights I was prepared with new camera in hand and 2 extra memory cards for the camera...what I wasn't prepared for was losing my backup battery:eek: I bought it especially for the trip and when I got to Disney it was nowhere to be found:sad2: and since it was a Sony and cost $50 Disney didn't sell them:sad2: thinking back now I guess we could have driven into town and found a Best Buy and bought one, but that didn't happen either... and every evening as the lights came on and everything turned magical, my battery died on me and I had to switch over to my older camera:sad2:
when I got home I looked every where I could think of and still no battery:confused: about 2 weeks later i was looking in the center consol of the truck and guess what I found:rolleyes: it was there the entire time:lmao: and believe me when we were at Disney I went through every piece of luggage TWICE looking for that dumb thing:rolleyes1

Thankfully I had preordered the photopass cd before our trip last year so we still got some great night shots of Christmas time... I am going to preorder it again this year as well... we took about 100 pics on it last year but after editing we wound up with about 550:rolleyes:
here are a few

Those are great pics....wonder if you can make one into a christmas card or is that even allowed....I would really love to go at Christmas time but it is getting the rest of the family to get on board for that time...Everyone else always shys away do to the crowds.

one day we took the boat from EPCOT over to the Boardwalk and toured the lobbies of the resorts there to look at the Christmas decorations

when you purchase the photopass cd they give you the rights to the pictures and you can print them, share them online, and even make cards if you want to:santa:
