Is there an age restriction on the lounges at the resorts? If we're waiting for a table can we bring our kids with us into one of the lounges so DH and I can have a drink while we wait?

Do other people bring in their young children?

Thanks,
Heather

There are no age restrictions to bring children into a lounge. I have seen children many times at resort lounges. Sometimes they will even bring some coloring pages and crayons for the kids depending on the location.

What about brining your teens? Thought about possibly doing the monorail resort hop fo one or two lounges and getting appy and a drink at each with teens getting soda of course

We have seen children of all ages in lounges and/or in the bar areas of the signature restaurants, so it's clearly not a problem. Apparently in FL it is even legal for a minor to sit at the bar, which is illegal here in MA.

We were just at the POR lounge, River Roost, a couple of weeks ago with our 6 and 4 year olds to see Bob Jackson. His show is very loud and family friendly and there were *lots* of kids there (our kids ended up falling asleep, anyway!)
