I would ask upon arrival. When we were there last June, you had to take the monorail for early morning hour, but since things have changed, them having some days with extra evening hours and some days with early morning entry, maybe that has changed too.

It's on the days that they don't have EMH that the monorail doesn't run early enough for early breakfast PS's. Non-EMH days are when you have to take the boat.
