LOTR Trivial Pursuit

If you're a fan of the movies, have seen both extended editions and the third movie, and are good at remembering details and names, this is a fantastic game.

I saw the Monopoly and Chess games, I hadn't seen the Trivial Pursuit. My best friend would love that!

We got LOTR Monoply for Hanukkah and played it yesterday..it was fun... we are getting the risk set too...
But the Trival Pursuit sounds fun too..

They keep coming out with all of these movie themed games for the movies that I love! I bought LOTR Risk for DH and I for Christmas.

Next I need to get Disney Trivial Pursuit!

We have the earlier edition of LOTR Risk, when it was just FOTR and Two Towers. We're going to have to get the set with all 3 movies.

We also have the LOTR Two Towers board game, though haven't played that yet so don't know how it is.

Not too interested in the Monopoly since we already have 3 versions. How many different types of Monopoly do you need? LOL!

I read somewhere else that if you're a fan of the books, the trivial pursuit game is very easy and not so fun. And I don't think anyone would play it with me, because they know I would win.

I do want the LotR Risk and Monopoly, though.

You really have to meet two criteria to make the game easy: Be a fan, *and* have a memory for details, names, and such. And you have to have seen the movies to get all the questions, too, since many are based not just on the book, but visuals in the movies or things like "what were the first three words heard in The Two Towers". Can't answer that without seeing the movies.

There is also a really cute checkers game with gold and silver rings for the playing pieces.
