I don't watch the show and have only seen the first episode....but now you have me curious as to what happened!

As the show went on and you realized what happened, I was so mortified! Especially by the spiders. and the dumb girl forgot what the teacher really said about how one smell of the spider, and all the others come running - which is what happened.

This episode was a better horror movie than any I've seen in ages. I won't say anything else except that I hope that I don't have nightmares tonight.

Did you see right before they threw the last pile of sand on them that she opened her eyes...

I found it to be sad at the end when he told her that he was worried that she would leave him if they found the diamonds.... I still felt sorry for him even though they killed the old rich guy.

Talk about how what goes around comes around. Think it was the Island that payed them back...after all Hurley kept refering that it was "The Monster Dude", think that was a hint

Yeah I was on the verge of writing Lost off completely and stop watching but the last 2 weeks (esp last night) have really turned me around!!!

I felt bad for the guy too.

Am I the only one that thinks she is going to claw her way out of there? by the way why did she wake up first? (smaller lighter- the poison should have had more of an impact on her no?) But the entire show I was laughing thinking they are going to explain why they are here and then kill them off? I wouldn't mind them keeping that boyfriend around for awhile.
Oh and yuck I was up all night looking for creepy crawlers.

Yes, I saw her open her eyes. I thought Sawyer was going to notice. I too would not be surprised if she dug herself out, and left her boyfriend down there.

I HOPE her boyfriend does make it though, he was nice to look at!

Creepy I don't know how she can get out of there. Logically speaking she wouldn't be able to breath. All she would take in would be sand, not air. It would suffocate her.

So, if the writers are going to stay true to reality lmao: yeah right!!) then she will not claw her way up. However, we are on THE ISLAND and anything is possible.

I can't believe they kept there mouths shut about the stuff they found, like the plane and the other hatch. Why wouldn't they tell anyone?

I liked the episode, but have no idea how it really relates to what's going on. DH & I thought it didn't make any sense in regards to what is currently going on with the show. Any ideas how this one is fitting in?

Hey, this is Lost. Nothing ever makes sense.

I did think it was weird that I had never seen these people before and they came and went in one episode. I wonder how many other passengers we'll hear about now.
