LOST....*WARNING* Future Spoilers

If that's true, then I don't get it. Why are we going to bawl our ever-loving eyes out? I don't want to sound cruel, but he's not really a character that I think we'd be that sensitive about it.

I think Boone makes sense with all the information we've been given. His storyline isn't advancing... he's got a history with Shannon that could lead to an ultimate betrayal. I suppose we might cry depending on how the death is presented, but given that Kristen and the people who write in to her column probably all think Boone is hot.... that could be cause for crying, too. ;)

If it's true, it sounds like a pretty bad death, so maybe that's why it's so sad?? Boone dying makes since, as others have said, since he's been kinda stale. Didn't other spoilers say Locke is responsible for the death in some way? Could be that Boone goes after Locke when Locke disappears.

I think if it's him, it will all be in the presentation and the writing. Look at how many people disliked Jin until he had his flashback episode. I would be more upset over Boone than Michael.

If you read other message boards, Ian (Boone) has lots of fans.

You've all got good points. So, maybe they finally get the hatch open?

Nothing entirely new but here's the latest:

03/30 - The Lost season finale will air May 25, and will be 2 hours long. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TVGuide
03/29 - Josh Holloway said that the person who dies is someone whose storylines have not been developing much. Source: TV Guide (paper version) (Thanks Joanna for the tip.)

I would rather it be Boone than Michael. I have no bond with Boone at all. I have liked the actor who plays Michael in lots of other things. Either way, it sucks. I don't want to see someone I like (I like Boone just fine, just not attached) be violently killed. It was bad enough watching Jonesy get tarred & feathered on Carnivale, and he got healed after.

Boone does make sense as well but Michael and Jin also have had little story on them as well

I don't know how many episodes are planned for this season. I think I recently read it somewhere but I'll have to search for it. If this listing is close, though, it looks like mostly new episodes (if not all) until the finale.

Oh my God! I think it's going to be Boone. THe spoilers said Locke would lie about what happened, so the injured person "ultimately couldn't be saved."!!!! If the death is next week, it has to be Boone. It would be way to abrupt to kill off Walt and Michael with nothing leading up to it. I think Boone is going to die next week!!!!

Ok, episode is over, and it looks pretty obvious that it's Boone. The NE was right.

I think it's him too, but I'm always suspicious. I hope this isn't a trick to make us think it's him and then BAM! someone else dies out of nowhere. But, I think it's Boone too.

I am so glad it wasn't Jack but I don't really like Boone that much but I don't want him to die.

Thoughts: was Boone a sacrifice for that hatch to work out? That was a premonition he had as that was what Boone looked like after the plane fell. Guess maybe he didn't realize it?? I hope he didn't realize it or I hate him now.

Was the "ultimate betrayal" Kristen mentioned Locke's parents' treatment of him?

What was up with Sayid making Sawyer's glasses????

Who else loved Jack asking Sawyer if he had VD and when it last broke out??

I still don't think it's going to be Boone - even after tonight's episode. My money is still on the Walt/Micheal/Locke triangle with Micheal biting the dust.
