We have FL resident multi day tickets with 1 day left to use. Unfortunately we lost one. Are these replaceable at guest services by showing driver's lic or by
some other means, or are we SOL? Thanks.

If you purchased them online they may be able to look them up that way. I lost one of ours a couple of years ago and they were able to look it up for me.

We did buy them on line. I dont have the emailed transaction receipt from universal but I do have the credit card transaction from the visa issuer (B of A). Does UO have an 800 number for this?

They can look them up using the credit card that did the purchase. You will then need that CC and the DL that purchased the ticket to pick it up.

Last year I lost my confirmation, and honestly forgot I already purchased tickets for our trip. Yeah silly me, I called them and gave them my CC since I had a feeling I might have already bought the tickets for that trip and they found and resent my confirmation and I just needed the CC to pick them up when we got there.

Thanks, the Cust svc rep we contacted said that they couldnt do anything without a photocopy of the ticket number. Also, she said that on the FL resident multi day passes, (2 days for ours) the 2 days must be used up within 14 days of each other, this over and above that blackout date restrictions. I never heard of this. I think I need a more knowlegable CS rep !!

Call back tomorrow.

could be different but just looking it up right now like I was going to buy one, the 2 day resident ticket said "Valid for any two (2) calendar days during a sixty (60) consecutive calendar day period which commences and includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. "

thanks for all replies. 60 is do-able where 14 isint. I will square it all away ahead of time, as we dont want to just go cold up there expecting to get resolved at a guest svcs window. :)

Look at the back of the other tickets that you have with the same online order. What does the back of the ticket say as for as terms of use? Does it say 14 days or 60 days? If you have one ticket in the same order as the lost ticket, they can scan that ticket and find and reprint the lost ticket.
