Lost Skyauction certificates.

I am frantic. I went to get my cert. numbers saved to my PC on AOL, and all of my saved files have disappeared. I had hard copies, but I may have thrown them out with some older things. Has anyone dealt with this before, and is there any hope of a happy outcome. I had 4 "buy it nows."

sometimes you can get the computer to reinstate them - look and see if you can find them in your trash can.

if you can't then ask AOL how to get them back.

they still exist somewhere...

Unfortunately, my husband empties the trash fairly often, and AOL won't help. I tried a restore, but that didn't bring back the files, just programs, etc.

call or email skyauction ( they used to have a 1-800 number, but not sure if they still do )

they should have records of your purchases under your handle

or on your Skyacution account at skyauciton.com there will be t information under My Vacations

....historical records will show the auctions you won and if you go to

Review Information for that auction it will have the id for the resort certificate ( at least that is what i am seeing now on my account )

Check your skyauction account. It should have a history of the recent transactions.

I've got the history, and the numbers, and they emailed me the telephone number. It seems there was some other number needed, if I recall. Thank you guys! I'll let youknow what they say when they reply again!
