Well, remember Hurley had no idea what the correct sequence was. He just saw Locke starting to type the lotto numbers in. When he saw John type 32 he was relieved. I got the feeling he thought the number should have been 32 and was happy to see it wasn't 42, but then of course Jack came in and corrected them

Ooh, that's a good thought too. He might have been happy to hear that the sequence didn't end with 42, but rather 32.

When he was talking to the fiance the guy asked if she were to be paralized could she still have sex. I think it was the only thing he asked Jack.

He definitely does look familiar. He's probably that type of actor that will go from show to show as an extra character.

Any more speculation as to what the circumstances will be surrounding Jin's sudden ability to speak English? Could it be a dream sequence or a hallucination?
And has anyone gone back on their tapes or DVRs and verified that the symbol was really right there next to Walt on the wreckage of the plane? I'm a little skeptical on that one.

I was watching some clips of previous episodes and came up with a question that I have not seen addressed:
If that hatch was sealed shut and under all that growth and dirt, etc. and was so tight that they had to BLOW IT OFF, then how is is possible that there was a puddle at the bottom of it?????

The water is probably from seepage like TiggerPiglet said. Could also be a bad pipe or valve, or maybe a bad gasket in the window of the hatch.

Hi guys...I know I haven't offcially subscribed, but I've been reading the thread after each episode and haven't wanted to say anything cause you guys seem way smarter than me!
But...I was re-watching last weeks episode, and there is a shot of the top of the cage that the "others" are keeping sawyer and jin. And when they show it the palm frawns kind of resemble the dharma logo (the one with the swan). Maybe it was just me and I'm thinking too much into this, but I thought it was odd that they would show it from an overhead shot and have no one in the scene?

I thought the episode was kind of on the boring side...nothing really happened! I have noticed some of those weird camera shots tho and possible Dharma symbols.

It's kind of weird because I just had to do a presentation on Feng Shui in my Civilizations class and I talked about Yin and Yang and similar concepts. My eyes are even more opened to those kinds of images now. I want more mysteries and more explanations tho!

Do you think they are in a new bunker or is it just a part of the same one? I wonder where Desmond ran off to, maybe he knows how to get off the island. So Rose was right all along about her husband The previews for next week look interesting... I wonder who/what Jin runs into in the jungle.

Did anyone catch the symbol that was in the bunker that Jin, Sawyer and Michael went into? DBF said he saw the Dharma symbol but couldn't tell if it was a swan or something else.

I think they are in a separate bunker...it was mentioned that there at 6 bunkers and someone on this thread suggested that all 6 are probably all on the island. Though maybe they are all connected somehow through underground tunnels? There do seem to be a lot of dark tunnels in these hatches!

So what does everyone think about the fact that one of the new survivors said that there were 23 of them there, but then there were only a few down in the hatch when they returned...is someone (or something?) kidnapping or killing them off??
