HELP!!! We purchased 2 3 day park hoppers last December. I still have mine-however Scotts is now missing. We did not make copies of them, however I do have the number off the back of his, as it was 1 number off from mine.

Is there anything I can do? It has 2 days left on it. Please help.

Dan

I have been told that if you have a copy of the ticket or the receipt, then guest services can cancel the ticket and issue a new pass with remaning days. I'm pretty sure you have to do it at WDW ( ie not over the phone) and I don't know if they will do it just from the number, no copy or receipt, as the doesn't PROVE you bought the ticket. I'm sure you could call down there and ask them for sure.
hope that helps a bit

It would have to be done when you get to FL. If you can give them the number they should be able to help you out.

The reason you make a copy of the ticket is to have the number. Your name isn't on it but it does show your ticket number.

During our last trip a few months back, DH lost his ticket after using one of the Fast Pass machines at AK.

We didn't have our receipts, nor did we write down the ticket numbers (learned our lesson!) but we rememberd that they were one number apart.

We went to the guest services desk at AK and a lovely CM took care of it for us, issuing DH a new ticket.

It was all very interesting. She was able to swipe my ticket and match up all the times another ticket (DH's) was used during the same time period. That's how she learned what DH's ticket number was, as we couldn't remembr if his was one number higher or lower.

Thank you so much! That is actually what ours our-I believe that his is 1 up from mine-but could be one lower.

Thanks
Dan

If you bought them from Disney at the same time you should have no trouble. We had that happen and they looked up the one I still had and saw which number had been purchased at the same time. If not they should be able to do it as Disney Dame said. Good luck!

I had that happen when we were in Disney a couple of years ago. I had thrown my ticket away cause I didn't think I needed it anymore, however, I had forgotten about fastpass and other parks. I was able to use another ticket that I had which was in number sequence to go to guest services and get a replacement
