Lost Our US/IOA 3 day Passes

Back in 2004 I purchased five 3 day US IOA nonexpiring passes. We used one day each last summer in Aug. '05. I discovered this weekend that I cannot find these passes, and our Disney park hopper passes! I'm in a panic. The one good thing is that I still have the receipt from TicketMania and copies of the backs of the passes. I know that the Disney hoppers can be replaced at guest services, but will Universal replace missing passes as well? I'm thinking that I would only need to go to guest services with Id and my copies and receipts? Anyone ever have to et replacements at Universal? Encouragement, please!!!

They don't have a record of purchases from TicketMania so the receipt is not going to help but since you have a copy of the back of the passes. It will be no problem replacing them. Just go to the Guest services window at either park. Replacing tickets is no problem with copies of barcodes.

Sorry 4 my interruption! You are saying that "Replacing tickets is no problem with copies of barcodes" (Phamton) just a simple copy of the barcode is enough for replacing a ticket? Wow, I am so glad that I get all my theme park tickets from Universal and not from Ebay!!

Yes, with a copy of the barcode, they can reprint them and void out the lost tickets. it will also keep the same information on it, like how many days have been used.
