lost my universal passes, help !

i paid with traveller's checks and i found my receipt, but i can remember if i received anything else showing i purchase the tickets, because i havent found anything else except the two items i discribed, has anyone else had this problem, or is their someone that can advise me

I would contact Guest Services *right away* & see what they have to say - I'm not sure of the policy, so I won't offer my opinion, but get in touch with Guest Services & see what they tell you.

Let us know what happens. Where did you lose them? I hope you can get this resolved. If you lost them and they have been used, you may not be able to get them back. They can track the tix numbers from your purchase I believe.

update, i called guest service and they told me to bring my receipt down the next time i visit(that will be april) and they will pull the #s off the receipt and check the stats of the passes and reissue me new passes, lets cross our finger that, that is what happens, im not counting my hopes on it, and to let you know, i didnt loose my passes, when we got home from vacation the passes were in an envelope and dh tossed the envelope out in the garbage, and somehow it was my fault, urgh

i hope this helps for anyone else that lost theres or a warning to keep all receipts when you buy passes.

i had a similiar problem. we bought 2 flextickets valid for 14 days, we visited Universal on our first day there activating the ticket. on the second day we got word that my gf mother had dies back home in Belfast. So we flew home immediatly and there fore didnt get to use our passes for the other 13 days. When we contacted Keith Prowse were we bought the tickets they said we could not get a refund and the insurance company said theme park tickets were not covered by our policy. So in a las t ditch attempt last week i contacted Guest Service at Universal and explained what happened, They have now said the will give me a 2 day 2 park ticket as replace meant if i can provide them with a copy of the backs of the tickets. i am now going to contact Busch gardens and seaworld to see if they can do the same.


Hope this helps anyone in similar predicament
