We got out tags in the mail yesterday and I already lost them! My DD birthday party was today, and I think it all the commotion, they may have been thrown away.
I called DME, and they said they can't send out new tags!? Is that right?
The CM told be to "look for them"
(as if we haven't) and if they don't turn up, present my bag claim tickets at the desk and they'll still pick up my bags. So is that right? Will that work? That makes me a little nervous. 
UPDATE:
Well after much discussion, we decided we HAD to have tags and didn't want to risk sending the bags without them since we were leaving on a cruise the next morning. Prepared for a bit of a fight, I called DME again, and the nice CM dropped new tags in the mail today!
So what's the deal? Why does one CM have to be difficult and say they "can't" send new tags, and the next one miraculously does it with no problem at all!? Either way, I'm glad to know we get our tags...and I'll guard them with my life this time!
