Lost my Annual Pass

I searched the forum and the last post I found addressing this was from 2013, before they switched to plastic cards. Asking to make sure nothing has changed:

I have misplaced my annual pass, and am trying to plan my Spring Break trip. (for the record, I have found everyone else in my family's 3-day tix from our July trip, our express passes and our room keys. Only my AP is missing. I must have put it "someplace safe." ) Of course, I either never took or deleted the photo of my pass with its number.

ETA: Decided not to be lazy and called Universal. They were able to tell me my pass # and I can get it reprinted at Guest Services when we arrive. I'd delete this thread, but can't quite figure out how.

Just go to guest services outside the park, show your ID and they will give you a new one. I think they will not charge you if this is your first time. You may also be able to get it from the guest service in the hotel, but I have only asked the hotel to print my online ordered tickets. My AP I got from a kiosk. Recently got the hard card from will call outside Islands.

I hope you have an ah ha, and find the AP before your trip. Yep, I have been known to be such a good hider, even I can't find where I put presents once in awhile.
