Lost my ADRs...need help!

I just realized that I left my pad with all my ADRs somewhere and it was thrown away. Can I call dining and have them look them up for me? Do they list them under my name? I can't believe I did this! Normally, I am so careful. Please help me!

No need to worry...just call Disney dining and give them your home phone number and they can tell you all of your ADRs!!!
