While there this week was out with the metal detector early in the morning and a young couple approached me. The girl stated her husband lost his wedding ring at water's edge(looking from the resort to the beach just to the left of the beach access where the first few umbrellas are) They were just married last Sat and were spending their honeymoon at the Resort. They were devastated. It was his grandfather's ring. Gold and silver inscribed with their wedding dates. They both work with disadvantaged children Along with a few friends we searched over the past week with no luck. The problem is with just one wave it becomes buried under a number of feet or sand or gets sucked into a crevice. It could be lost for years or with some luck be washed back up on the beach. I have their contact information. PM me. Just hoping for some pixiedust. Thanks for listening.
