What’s your WDW itinerary look like?

I did mine in Excel, and I started printing it out and laminating multiple copies for our trip. So, when the kids ask, “Dad, where are we eating next Tuesday?” I don’t have to look it up on my phone.

It’s boring, though. I want to dial it up a notch and make it more magical, like using the park icons (castle, tree of life, etc).

What’s your itinerary look like?

CASE 2 (12/2026-1/2027) MOST OPTIMAL

-12/23/2026 Polynesian on arrival (Capt Cooks)

-12/24/2026 Disney Springs > Old Key West (Olivia’s) > Hexed (evening kickoff TBD) > Disney Springs

-12/25/2026 MK window to include SM, HMH, 7DMT, Mirabel, Elena (rope drop kickoff)

-12/26/2026 Wilderness Lodge (Whispering Canyon 10:30am kickoff) > Fantasia Gardens

-12/27/2025 Vineland Prem (after 2pm)

-12/28/2026 DHS window to include Animation Courtyard, VUEA (6:30pm), Fantasmic (8:30pm)

-12/29/2026 TBD non-Disney (after 2pm)

-12/30/2026 Disney Springs > Caribbean Beach > Sebastian’s Bistro (5pm kickoff)

-12/31/2026 Riviera (11am kickoff) > MK (aft kickoff-1pm NYE countdown window)

[WDW Traveler]

This is ours from our last trip. Quick long weekend trip to visit friends who had traveled from the UK to WDW, so more hanging out exploring parks than anything. But they mostly look like this to keep things semi-organized. Filling in with colored blocks for hours, parks, tours, ADR's, special events, etc. (no we did not go to MNSSHP for 3 days, that was just so I knew which days I couldn't be at MK at night lol)
