Worst case, you can head over to a monorail hotel from the Magic Kingdom and buy a (relatively expensive) bottle of sunscreen. Or you can search online for sunscreen towelettes (minimus.biz has a LOT of travel-size stuff) or, since it seems you will have a rental car there are stores all over the place in the Disney area - Walmart, Target, Walgreens...

I've been told that I can only get paid up to 3000 and 25 per day of the trip that I didn't have luggage up to 75.00. A friend that I work with had this same exact thing happen to her in January...headed out for a cruise and her luggage was lost. She turned in a claim for 2800 and only got a check for 1250 due to depreciation. She was on the exact same airline....Airtran. I personally didn't even have a layover. It was a nonstop flight. I just mailed my claim in yesterday with a ton of receipts proving that much of what was in the bag was purchased either in the past 2 weeks (as this was a spur of the moment trip) or at least in the past 6 months. They say that should help my case. I had well over 50 pounds of clothes and the bag was tagged as heavy. I've learned the hard way to not pack everything you own and keep the special stuff in a carry on.

If your homeowner's policy deductible isnt too high, you could always make a claim on your policy. You'd have to have a good bit of things missing to get over the deductible though. I believe they won't let you double dip either -- whatever the airline or other insurances pay will be deducted before they pay your claim.

You want to be very careful about submitting minor claims to your howmowners. While this is your right, you may be dropped for being a higher risk.
