How do we get a new one?

I think you can just email them from the web site, www.loewsfirst.com or call customer service at: 800-LOEWS-12.

You'll have to call. I didn't find a way to get another one sent on the web site. Mine never showed up, so I called, spoke with a human, and they sent me another one which arrived a couple weeks later.

I sent them an email, asked for my name and said it'd be sent out to the address.
