lost link to Planning pages/planning cards

i lost my computer last week, but luckily i had backed up MOST stuff on EHD weeks before. I lost my links that i was prepared to print out planning sheetx(ADR'S, hotel info, etc) but now i tried searching and can't remember what designer had them, so i might need to start fresh.

Who has links to there planning sheets that they would like to share.. TIA
