LOST - Last Season (NO SPOILERS)

:lmao: Priceless!

I get so upset. As I sit here and think, read, or watch, anything Lost related, I have no one to share it with. No one in my entire family is into it. It's horrible!!!!!

It's really great having someone to share it with. I only wish my DH was into it. He thinks LOST is stupid and makes fun of it all the time. For years now if I say something like "Who made this mess?" his smart**s comment has always been "maybe it was the smoke monster or the polar bear"

Wow this was a really good episode. I wonder if the writers have been tossing in little hints and laughs at fan comments. Like in this episode Sawyer says 'God has nothing to do with it'.

They really seem to be revisiting all the major settings of the past seasons (the cave with Adam and Eve, the Black Rock, the cages).

I guess Sayid really did let himself go if he didn't help Kate. I wonder though if he still can't turn around before the end.

So was Sawyer just looking at Kate like that at the end (sideways timeline) because he thinks she is hot, or does he recognize her somehow?

I am pretty excited for next week, I have a feeling Richard's story will solve a lot of the historical mysteries of the island.

They saw each other at the airport, in the elevator.

He recognized her from the plane and the airport. He helped her get off the elevator so she could escape from the airport.

Yeah I guess you guys are right, I am still trying to come up with ways of the sideways timeline hooking up with the main timeline, like how Jack had blood on his face and kind of recognized people.

So Dh said. Ummm if Sawyer is a cop, why did he help Kate escape at the airport?

Great episode, but I've loved all but the second one. Can.not.wait for next week!!

Now that Flocke told us about his mommy, I have to go look up some biblical stuff!

Great episode! I like how Damon and Carlton throw in little things, like Sawyer's code word during the "sting" was "Le Fleur". ;)

Cool Sawyer stuff - he's a cop, and likes Little House:thumbsup2. Weird to see him with Charlotte - I didn't like that at all. Good thing she blew him off. I'm glad he decided to trust Miles with his quest to find the guy who killed his parents.

Gotta admit - when Miles was trying to hook Sawyer up with a friend, I remembered Juliet's comment before she died about "let's meet for coffee", I was really hoping it was Juliet. Then it turned out to be Charlotte...yuk.

Claire can really play crazy!! The way she was looking at Kate while they were walking thru the jungle, you could tell she was just waiting for the right moment to attack Kate. At the end, when Kate and Claire were hugging, I was waiting for Claire to grab the gun off Kate, weren't you?

I was a little surprised Locke/Smokey told Kate what/who he was. Maybe he's just playing her....tell the truth about a few things so she'll trust him and then when he lies to her, she'll believe the lies.

I completely forgot to watch last night!!!! :headache: I watch NCIS at 8 and just left it on there and watched NCIS: LA. :sad2:

I know there's been some talk of the big reveal being of biblical nature, but after listening to Flocke talk about his mom, and having just seen Percy jackson and awaiting Clash of The Titans, is it possible somehow that this is mythological in some way?

Who knows the mythology of the Egyptian gods. Was there a mother-son relationship ala Hera and Hercules? I can't help feeling that the Eqyptian theme hasn't played itself out yet.

One thing I caught was that Flocke told Ben to meet him and the others at the Hydra Station, that was supposedly where they were camped. He must have done this knowing that Widmore was there and hoping Ben and Widmore would have it out since they hate each other. So, he again was trying to manipulate Ben with the promise of power over the island, but really wanted him to get Widmore out of the way.........does anyone else see it that way??

I don't know almost anything about Egyptian mythology, but the statue of Taweret (which is actually Sobek, her consort--I know the statue was named in one of the pop up episodes, but maybe they got it wrong) and the painting in the temple cave of the smoke monster lead me to believe he might stem from there...or maybe the Egyptian version of the story includes Taweret. Since we've had so many Christian references with the Egyptian and the temple looks Mayan to me. Most religions borrow from one another.

The Hydra is a mythological creature...not Egyptian though. Hmmm. Could JAcob be like an Oracle?

If Jacob and Flocke are brothers like Zeus and HAdes?

.

DH and I laughed when he said the code word was "Le Fleur!" Too funny!! I bet we will see an episode with Juliette and Sawyer going "dutch" for a cup of coffee before the end of the show!

I've been so disappointed in this season so far, I'll hang in to the end, but it's just not as good as previous years for me.

I have never missed an episode, but I have to agree with you. It's losing its magic for me as well. I am going to hang in to the end as well, though.

You know I have to say this..the Miles-Sawyers as partners really worked for me. Just the way they interacted was believable to me.
