I think Locke can communicate with the creature. People have been running around the jungle and not run into the creature but now it suddenly shows up when they are tied up as if Locke told the creature.

Is anyone as confused as I am after tonight's show? Was that Locke's way of getting Boone to "get over" Shannon so he wouldn't tell her about the hatch? That's the way it seems...as if Shannon found out Boone & Locke's secret, it would kill her??

No -- it had nothing to do with the hatch and everything to do with Boone's feelings for and hatred of his step-sister and how it made Boone feel.

No -- it had nothing to do with the hatch and everything to do with Boone's feelings for and hatred of his step-sister and how it made Boone feel.

I agree. Especially since Boone said he felt "relieved" when he saw Shannon dead. Now both Locke and Boone give me the creeps!!

And did you see the Polar bear popping up again next episode! This just gets stranger and stranger!
