My round up from the week: It turns out my scales at home are wrong - the gym scales are MUCH nicer

I had all of my measurements etc taken, stood on the super-dooper-analyse-everything about your body scales and had a fitness test. The following day (wed) I had a walk through with my gym program and then it was left to me!
Wednesday afternoon I completed my first gym circuit while the kids were having swim lessons.
Thursday afternoon, another gym circuit.
Friday morning I did an aqua class suitable for all fitness levels. I was the youngest there and the oldies put me to shame
The weekend is time off so just incidental exercise - putting washing on line, a bit of gardening etc
Diet wise: I started the 5:2 diet and had back to back fast days with exactly the same meals as it was just easier to prepare everything all at once. Went over calorie limit on Wednesday as I grabbed a banana after gym (was starving). But managed to stay below 500 calories on Thursday. Tonight it's standard pizza/treat night which is the only way I can stick to any diet.
So new stats according to the gym - my goal weight has also changed as I need to lose a little more than assumed.
Weight 85kg (187.393)
Goal weight 63kg (138.891)
Need to drop 22kg (48.5017)
