Losing weight for our weddings!! See new thread.

Ok add me in, my goal is 20 pounds :) I got my dress in and it fits... but my arms look soooo bad... So I think I am going to try to tone up my arms.

Hello all :) Just a quick update. I have been using the Wii EA Sports Active game to work out as well as doing crunches and some stretching. I have also joined a gym but have yet to go (I HATE GYMS) and probably just wasted $60. At this point it's not so much the number on the scale I am worried about. I just want to be toned. Because I gained the weight so quickly (due to meds) I am not proportioned well. I really need to work on my lower tummy and hips. Right now the dress fits as is and if I don't lose another pound I will be fine. However, I would LOVE to tone the tummy and my arms. My arms, because they are visible and my tummy for the honeymoon ;) What areas is everyone else focusing on? Any one wanna post pictures to help motivate ourselves?! I know it helps me!

The points drop as you lose weight ...you don't need as many points as you drop weight

I started on 28 pts per week and 35 flex points..I tried not to use my flex points unless we went to a special dinner..so I usually had 33 points left each week..I also would go to the gym to swap points..so many minutes on the treadmill would swap for points

Hi ladies! :wave2:

Right, I've updated both charts.

Let me know if you have any additions of changes!

And as always, the more the merrier!!

Cheer away!!!

Wow! You have done sooooooooooo amazingly!!!!

When did you start WW? You must be like a whole new person!!

well it's been a long journey but well worth it!!!

I have lost 55lbs since going to WW every week for the last 20 months and prior to that I did WW online but was much slower doing it that way.

I totally sympathise with everyone who is dieting, especially with a wedding in sight as it is such a difficult thing to do whether you want to lose 10lb or 100lb every one is hard to get off. I have definitely done the slow and steady route!

I do have a blog that I have been doing but I haven't updated it for a LONG time but it has some shocking pics!!! http://thinange.blogspot.com/ :rolleyes1

My week 1 loss was 1lb to go on the chart, weighing in for week 2 in the morning....

Okay, I did my weigh-in this morning:

Start: 142.6
Week 1: 142.4 (0.2 lost)
Week 2: 140.5 (1.9 lost / 2.1 total)

A decent start! :)

I'm soooo proud of everyone here that is working hard to be strong and healthy. Keep up the GREAT work, ladies!!!

Wow!! Well done Andreah! :) That's great to have lost so much in one week when you have so little left to go. :)

I lost 2.5 this week (at work ATM so can't update the chart) which takes me to 9lb lost since mid-may. AND my jeans are falling down today. :teeth: I might be brave and try on my jeans from before christmas later. :)

yay!!!! I weighed myself this morning and I am down to 170!!! So that is down 3.4 pounds this week! I am so glad the hard work is paying off, seriously, that EA Sprts Active for the Wii is the best thing since sliced bread :) It is only a 20 minute workout but it kicks your butt and I am proof!

Congrats to everyone for their weight loss this week, keep it up ladies!

Holly

Can I please be added to this motivational graph??
