I know what you mean, it seems like we are the only ones here lately.
I've added a daily walk to my fitness routine to see if I can get the scale to move in a downward direction. Wish me luck.
Where is everyone?
Hello everyone - We have been soooooo sick here. All three kids and myself were sick as dogs for three days. Two of my kids have asthma and any cold makes them cough and cough. The kids are almost all better. My oldest will go back to school tomorrow just in time for the 5th grade promotion ceremony. The other two went back today. I still feel horrible. My DH didn't get it.
So I haven't exercised since Sunday night - We leave on Sunday and I am NOT in the vacation mood yet. I am daydreaming of feeling healthy and walking around WDW but I can't get into it yet.
My scale is still stuck on the same weight, I feel like throwing it against the wall. Yesterday was my rest day & I did nothing so I can't blame the scale, only myself.
Good luck everyone & stay strong.
Scale not moving, probably means I should be moving more..
Priceless! I'll be remembering this quote! It is so true... I have been averaging 15,000 steps lately and I notice the scale finally started moving. I haven't been out of the 150's in a long time and this morning I weighed 149. A huge victory for me!!! It looks like I'm going to meet my goal. I'm on a weight loss high!![]()
Just finished the active. It felt good and I still had energy, so I did the 15 min run on it. (custom workout) I feel great and very proud of myself for making it the whole time. I can run without something chasing me.That's amazing. I think I'm going to add the run into my daily routine. I can do 15 min in the morning. Watch out scale you are going to move.
