I might be a little bummed about the 1 lb weight gain but I just discovered that I lost a size!






Hi! Glad to see that things are going well! It may be sacrilege, but I try not to weigh myself every day. My DH weighs every morning, but I limit myself to Tuedays and Fridays. Why those days? Well, Tuesday was my weigh-in day when I was on WW a decade ago, and old habits die hard. And Friday is the weigh-in day for the DIS Biggest Loser challenge.
I find that fluctuate a lot -- especially during the course of a day. I try not to fret too much about it. Note that I keep saying "try" -- because some mornings I can't seem to help myself!

I feel pukey and I should have stopped at one.






. Also did 30 minutes on the arc trainer.
. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the treadmill, and 20 minutes on the arc trainer today. According to the machines I burned about 540 calories
. I used a track close to my parents house so my mom could watch the babies.
That is 1.8 lbs down from last week
!
Been really busy this week but staying on track.
. I have been working out at the gym about 6 days a week and trying to burn between 600 and 900 calories each visit. Hopefully this trend will continue. I have also come down to a 16:40 pace on my long run
so I am going to have to take off from exercising for a little while. I need to regain some focus so that I can lose more weight but it will have to wait until I am better.
