Losing a Tooth at Disney?

My daughter lost a tooth on our last trip this past November. We stay at the BWV, I went down to the guest relations desk in the lobby and they gave me a Year of a Million Dreams Tinkerbell pin. I had pixie dust with me from a previous trip so I sprinkled the pixie dust on the balcony leading into my daughters room and on the floor and all over their pillows. My daughter (Age 9) who lost the tooth and her sister (Age 5) were so excited in the morning, it was really great!

Anyone know if POP has Disney Dollars for Tink to deliver?

I would think you could exchange US$ for Disney $ at the lobby concierge. They seem to do everything else there!
