So in the last year and a half I've lost about 100 lbs-
and back down to my old highschool pants size -:yay:

Now I'm doing more weight stuff in my work out.

But I feel a bit "loose" here and there and would like to tighten up-
anyone got any non-surgical ways of doing this?

 Really no one has had this problem?
Gee whizz.

First of all...Congrats on your weight loss!!! That is fantastic!!!

I really no advice to offer... Sorry! I would just venture to say...Keep working with those weights!!!

Good luck!

First off, congrats on losing they weight. That is amazing & something to be so proud of!:thumbsup2

I have done a lot of research in the field of personal training/fitness since I used to be a college athlete and was considering a career as a personal trainer.

Most of the information I have read regarding this subject states that frequent weight lifting are key to toning up and reducing excess/loose skin. I would say keep up the great work with your weight program. Try to incorporate some new weight lifting exercises occasionally so that you are training new muscles and areas of your body.
