LOS Passes for Guests?

I will be booking rooms on points for all my family for my mom and dads anniversary and everyone is currently saving money for the trip right now and trying to budget, my question is can my other family member all get the discount on the length of stay passes if they are staying on my points?

We must make a distinction between the actual rules and the way they are enforced. There are 2 items that the actual DVC member must be present (technically) to take advantage of. These are technically not even available to true guests of the member. These are the member discount on cash rentals and the 10% discount on the LOS passes. DVC has routinely given the discounts as long as the card said member just as they have routinely dropped one or even both days from the front/back end of a LOS ticket. They also usually extend member benefits to renters.

I'm not sure if how the discount is supposed to work but we have had guests with us twice in the last year and they have always been given the same offer of 10% off UMP. We had no problems with getting them the discount whether they were staying in the same room or not, as long as we were paying points for the rooms. This last trip we had no problems putting 2 UMP on our VISA and 2 on my sister's VISA.

According to the member benefits page on the DVC site, "UNLIMITED MAGIC ADMISSIONS OPTION", #1 states, "DVC Members and their guests may elect to purchase Walt Disney World Resort Unlimited Magic Admissions option at a 10% discount off the resort guest price." The way Terry's question is worded, I am betting he is making the trip with the family. These family members are his guests so yes, they will get the 10% discount. We have taken guests before and have purchased the pass at the discounted price for them, even though we have APs. Sounds like a fun trip, Terry. Enjoy!

Unfortunatly Sgtpet, I haven't been able to find a time when the cheap flights and BCV both have availability. I might try the waitlist and see how it works, I hear people are having luck since the resort is new and rooms are getting put into inventory as they are sold.
