OMG, Flake bars are THE best! I used to only have them when I visited family in South Africa but I can now get them at my local grocery store.

Absolute heaven is a 99 Flake, usually called just a "99" in the UK, although in SA they call them "choc 99's".

Soft serve ice cream with a Flake bar shoved into it.

We loved the flake when we went to England last summer. We also liked the aero chocolate too.

We always try to get candy in all the places we travel. I have to say the Copenhagen had some cool looking candy packaging but the candy itself was gross. My daughter fell in love with a crazy strong menthol mint gum there, we brought a bunch of it home with us. She had so much fun handing out to her friends to try and watching their reactions.

Pepsi is a bit sweeter and it doesn’t hold the carbonation the same to me.

The carbonation thing is the main reason I prefer Coke. Pepsi just gets flat too quickly.

Our regal theater has only Pepsi products and by the end of the movie the gallon of soda they give you is always flat. The problem is drinking it too fast will mean I have to use the bathroom in the middle of the movie.

I love black licorice but had no idea that some places put salt in it. So I grabbed several packages for the plane and home.

I have a friend who lives near Philadelphia and next time I visit, she wants to me to try their delicacy. A chocolate covered onion.



What gets me the most is that it still has the skin on it. Like, at least peel that off before putting the chocolate and sprinkles on
