Doreen, great update. I'm so glad everyone enjoyed their meal at Yak & Yeti (I have to get back there soon). I could watch the gorillas all day too -- they are just so cool. I can't get Mark to go on Kali River with me -- he hates getting wet.

I love that Grumpy cup...I have to find that for Mark when I go in January so I bring him something home for allowing me to go without him.

Baby Lilly was putting on a good show when we were there last week. I hope she will do the same for you. It was very cute.

Thanks MeMom. Yes it does take a lot of time. Glad I am home so I can keep at it. But it is fun also reliving all the fun times.

Aw she is so cute. She must be getting bigger.

Thanks. He is hoping to play for a NH technical college that he will be applying at. I just hope he can stay on top of his studies & continue to play soccer. We shall see.

Well since the meds I'm on are keeping me awake at all hours I might as well do an update.

I forgot to mention that when we were looking around the Rainforest Cafe that morning Cody saw a bathing suit he liked so on the way out we got it.

We went back to POFQ so I could have my pool time. We decided to eat dinner there at the food court. I love their Philly Cheese Steaks. Yum! I should have taken pics of our food there but I didn't. Jeff got the bacon angus burger & Cody got the Muffaletta. Ryan must have gone through the line separately because I don't have the receipt for his. We like the food court at POFQ. Some of the reviews are not so hot but we are not that fussy. There is not a huge selection but enough to make us happy.

So after dinner we had one goal in mind. To see Fantasmic. I had not planned on seeing it this trip but Ryan mentioned that he would like to see it so we said "Sure". It had been a few years since we had seen it. So we headed to DHS

We got there very early & got great seats. We had to wait about 90 minutes but I had my book with me & talked to my friend on the phone. The bugs were annoying so for anyone going that has a wait you may want some bug spray. We never bring any bug spray to Disney but I wish I had had some with me that night. So then the show started..

Sorry this one is blurry..I never get good pics of this show.

As always it was a great show. We then headed out with the masses of people!! Headed back to POFQ for showers & bed.

The next morning we had a wake up call for 7:15. We got up & headed right for the busses. We headed to......

We went straight to the rope and watched the characters come out. I had a great picture taken with Minnie but it was taken with my phone (that died before I downloaded the pictures). We will have to try & get another one next week!! So when the rope dropped we headed with the crowds to Soarin. I just love that ride. Ryan & Cody headed to Test Track. Then we met back up & rode Spaceship Earth. Jeff & I got a FP for Soarin to ride later & the boys got FP's for Test Track. We met the boys at Test Track & rode together & then headed to Spaceship Earth

After riding that it was 10:15 & we had not had breakfast so we headed to Sunshine Seasons.

Great updates, Doreen. I love Fantasmic and have not seen it since 2008. It wasn't playing the night we were there in September and it i shut down completely while we are there in January.

Sounds like a great start to the mornng at Epcot.

Did you know that they aren't doing a "rope drop" at Epcot any more? I'm not sure if it's a short term thing or if it's permanent. I read that it makes less of a stampede to Soarin' since everyone is coming through the turnstiles little by little.

Great Updates Doreen !!!Soarin' is my alltime favorite ride !!! Can not go without riding it at least once!! I will definately be taliking to you about Universal!! I believe we stay 4 nights so will have lots of time !!

Oh I did not know that!!! I love that idea. I do NOT like the stampede type walking to Soarin. That is good to know. I hope it is permanent.

My friend & I had such a good time today. We went to Christmas Tree Shop (where I spent a lot but got some great things), Home Goods, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble, I Party (I am dressing up as Minnie Mouse for MNSSHP), JC Penney & a few other stores.

We ate at Olive Garden for lunch.

Since it is 10:34 pm it is almost ONE day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Erica. You should try Yak & Yeti. In 2010 I made an ADR when I knew the parade would be going through & we asked for a window seat & got one so we watched the parade going through while eating.

Ok going to get an update in before we leave tomorrow.

I ended with getting breakfast at Sunshine Seasons. Again no pictures. I think I am usually so hungry that I dig in & forget about pictures but for F&W I will make a point of getting LOTS of pics!!

We headed to Nemo next. How can you not love this ride & building. I just love it in there.

Nemo was a walk on & then we waited 20 min. for Turtle Talk. It's funny how Ryan & Cody are 22 & 18 but they get a kick out of Crush. Hey Dude!!!

After that we went to Sum of All Thrills. We waited about 15 minutes. Jeff & I made our roller coaster & the boys did theirs. It was fun!! Next time I want to make mine stronger with more loops & things. I was a little nervous but now I know what to expect.

After we rode that Jeff & I used our FP's for Soarin & boys to TT. Well TT was down but they waited & it came back up.

Then Jeff & I headed to WS

We stopped in China so I could get one of my favorite drinks in WS, the Peach Snaap. I absolutely love this drink. It is very filling for me though so I do not get it if I am about to eat something. We walked through WS & headed out the IG to get a boat to HS.

Obviously these were not in order but you get the idea. I also took some shopping pics in Mousegears I think it was. I loved this shirt but did not get it.

And cute Duffy. I took this pic because it was Ryan's college grad trip

So we had to wait about 15 minutes for the boat to DS. I remember Cody & I not feeling good on the boat. It was SOOO HOT & we were getting dehydrated. When Cody & I got into DS the first thing we did was down a bottle of water. We felt better after that.

We headed to Great Movie Ride. The wait was about 15 minutes & I was still not feeling that great so Jeff & I grabbed a bench & the boys rode. While Jeff & I were waiting we saw this

They go in & out ride by the Great Movie Ride. By the time the boys got out it was time to head to our ADR. Where was it?????



Mama Melroses We LOVE it there. I asked Cody if he wanted to go someplace else for our April 12 trip but he said NO!! He wants to go back there. I know some people have recently had issues there but we always go for lunch & we all love Italian so.... This time I took pictures

Well I am going to end it here as we went to another park after DS. We leave tomorrow for F&W & MNSSHP.

We are staying at POR for the first time. I am anxious to see how it is. I do not even care where our room is I am just so excited to be going. We will be coming home late Sat. night. Our plans are as follows:

Flight leaves Manchester tomorrow morning around 10:35 so Jeff & I will leave here around 7:00. We land around 1:45 & take ME to POR. We will check in (hopefully room will be ready by the time we get there). We will then head to Epcot for F&W.

Tomorrow night I want to head to DTD.

Thurs. morning head to DS to ride RNRC & ToT. Also Star Tours & catch Muppets (DH loves this). Then head to Epcot if we have time.

Go back to resort to change into costumes for MNSSHP & head to MK.
Eat dinner at Pecos or CHH.

Friday morning head back to MK for opening. PoTC, Splash, HM, Buzz, Mike's Laugh Floor, Philharmagic etc.
Head back to resort for a rest & swim.
Head to Epcot.

Sat. morning we will request late checkout as we have a 5:30 pm flight home.
Head to AK.

Come back to resort & catch ME bus to airport.

I am excited that Accuweather is predicting mid 80's & mostly sunshine. Some clouds but no rain in the forecast.

I will continue on when we get back. I will try to post pictures on FB while we are there. I have never done this before so I will need to figure it out.
