Each time I have been there has only been maybe 150 or so Guests that have gotten a ride on the way to the island. I would say that as word spreads about being able to access this, more will do so. Or people returning to the island who tried to walk it last time and realized they struggled will get a ride next timeDid it seem like a lot of people were taking the golf carts from the ship? Thanks for the review of Lookout Cay.
WOW these are incredible!! Mickey and Minnie will be so excited to see you wearing these!Got a cruises booked for December that goes to both islands I got these shirts custom made I figured @Mags2002 would like it View attachment 875391View attachment 875392
I echo what Mags said!! Those are so cool! You will have to let us know how they turn out and share pictures after your trip to LP. I hope you have a wonderful time!Got a cruises booked for December that goes to both islands I got these shirts custom made I figured @Mags2002 would like it View attachment 875391View attachment 875392
I really hope they open it soon. We always rent bikes at Castaway Cay and would love to do the same at Lighthouse PointIt is not open just yet
Scott mentioned in his write up that DCL is letting the path cure 'over the summer' and then open up the bikes. Does that mean you can get them in SEP? OCT? dunnoI really hope they open it soon. We always rent bikes at Castaway Cay and would love to do the same at Lighthouse Point![]()
I have heard a number of Guests describe Lookout Cay as Heaven on Earth. People like different things, but Lookout Cay is about as different from Coco Cay as you can getI just came back from Coco Cay again…man it’s honestly heaven on earth. They really went all out it’s themed so well. I just wish this island was as good or even a fraction as good. I’m going to visit to check it out but man Coco Cay was so well done
No they are not, but if it gives you peace of mind, you can bring oneAre the flies still an issue around the food areas? Trying to decide if I want to throw a fly swatter in the beach bag.
I disliked Coco Cay. I do like Royal though. I guess everyone definition of heaven on earth is different. I haven't been to LP yet. CC is nice, but I'm not a beach person. My definition of heaven on Earth is Iceland , Norway, or AlaskaI just came back from Coco Cay again…man it’s honestly heaven on earth. They really went all out it’s themed so well. Now that a lot of you have visited, what are your thoughts? It’s still one of my favorite places ever View attachment 896628
I especially love the adult area. Beautiful white sand beach with no rocks. Plenty of loungers. Now that a lot of you have visited, what are your thoughts? It’s still one of my favorite places ever View attachment 896628
The beach is gorgeous and the water temp is perfect, with just a bit of waves to enjoy, I loved it!Now that a lot of you have visited, what are your thoughts? It’s still one of my favorite places ever View attachment 896628
