Looking to rent points for April 3rd - 6th

I am looking to rent points for the nights of April 3rd - 6th.

We are wanting to stay at a BoardWalk studio (56 points), Beach Club Studio (56 points) or Old Key West (44 points)

I am not a DVC member so the reservations would need to be made for me. I'm not sure how this works, as I have never done it before.
