looking to rent in the summer time

I am looking to rent in the summer of 2006. I know that you cannot book before 11 months but my family and I are willing to start paying now and worry about the reervations later. I am sure we can iron out price per points and at least get a dollar figue in mind to start paying. I am looking to rent from one person and would have to be enough points for a 2 bedroom and a studio. Family includes myself, fiance, mother, father and sister. Oops I am sorry I would be looking for after the July 4th holiday. It would be really for any sunday to wednesday, ten day trip, before the end of the month. I do not have a calendar otherwise I would pick an exact date. My fiance and I are annual passport holders and need to make the second trip before the end of July '06

We have more than enough points to help you. SSR is our home resort so we would book there at the 11 month window. if you decide on another resort, we would change at 7 month window (no guarantees that you would get a different resort but it should not be a problem) we have stayed at all of of the resorts and really like SSR.

WE have references and offer a contract. we would be willing to work out a payment play but need payment if full 60 days out.

That's a lot of points! 10 days in a 2 bedroom and studio in Wilderness Lodge will run 646 points. Beach Club will be similar. Standard view Boardwalk and Saratoga Springs will be slightly less. OKW will cost the least number of points and the rooms are very spacious. OKW would also offer the option of a Grand Villa which could easily accomodate your family. A grand villa would run about 603 points for the 10 days. We have enough points at Wilderness Lodge to cover your stay, but I think you'll be able to save a few bucks by staying at Saratoga Springs, Old Key West, or Boardwalk standard view.
