Looking to rent 135pts Jun 2006 SSR

I am not a DVC member but a lover of WDW and bringing my kids there for the first time Jun25-Jul1 2006 (Sun-Thu nts). Hoping to get points for Saratoga Springs for a 1bedrom, which I calculated as 135 pts. Anyone renting for $9/pt?

I'm still figuring this stuff out- since I'm not a DVC member, you would make the reservation for me? Also, you have to have SSR as your home resort to make a reservation this early, is that right? Also what are the terms for an arrangement like this? Thanks
