My husband and I are going to renew our wedding vows for our 20th anniversary and wanted to do a Disney Wedding. Anyone have any advice and where would be the perfect spot?

couple of different choices depending on how much you want to spend and how many people you are having.

You can do a VR on DCL for $1500 onboard, $2500 on Castaway Cay.

The Escape package is $4500 and you can have NO MORE than 18 guests, with your choice of the Sea Breeze Point, Yacht Club Gazebo, Sunrise Terrace at WL, Sunset Pointe at Poly, or the Wedding Pavilion for $5500.

If you wanted to spend more you can do the Wishes Collection, which has a minimum expense of $10,000. But there are a lot more options for that one, you can do locations inside the theme parks if you wanted to!

check out the disney wedding website for more info!

Good luck!:thumbsup2

That's a hard question to answer!! It's such a personal choice...

We were married at Sea Breeze Point and feel that is a perfect spot...but other brides who chose other locations feel their location was a perfect spot...

Some of your decision may depend on how many people you plan to invite (Sunset Pointe and Sunrise Terrace have a max capacity of 10 people)...or time of year (Sunset Pointe can only be booked October through March).

It may depend on if you want something formal or a little more casual. That's not to say you can't have a casual ceremony at the Pavilion or a formal ceremony at any of the other locations...just a perception that many brides have.

Take a look at Disney's Wedding Website to get some more general ideas.

Cindy, how many years have you been married? We are considering a vow renewal at disney also. 2010. This year we will be married 13 years! Doesn't seem that long. We are also having problems with finding the perfect spot. We like Italy, but the cost is more. Yacht Club is our other choice so far. Hoping to call Disney this weekend for more answers. Good luck in your planning!

Ok, I'm no expert, but I believe that they are only open on the weekday for phone calls- so if I were you, I'd call today!

We will be married 20 years September 2010! It doesn't seem like that long!:goodvibes

We originally were thinking of a beach wedding in Hawaii but the cost was way up there! and we love Disney so we though why not.

We were thinking the Yacht as well then we were thinking DCL on their private island. So many things to think about lol :)
