Looking to possibly rent OKW points.

I'm interested in renting points for an OKW studio in December 2006. We'd arrive Dec 17 and leave the 23rd.
Any clue how much this might cost me?
(And if I'm not the DVC owner, can I add the dining plan to the reservation?)
Very, very new to this all!
