looking to mail.....

can you get a box at the post office to mail something 12X12? how do most of you mail something that size. i had one from when i ordered something and that's what i used for my secret sister. what do you guys use? i have something i want to mail but can't find the right size box laying around. any ideas? post office maybe?

It depends on what it is. If you take a flat rate priority box (the thinner ones) and squish the sides a little something 12 by 12 will fit in there- that is what we are doing with the paper box.

I have also taken a largew sheet of posterboard- cut it to the right size and the taped in shut -when I was just mailing 1 page or a couple of papers.

If it's only a couple of sheets, take one of the priority boxes and just don't unfold it. Leave it flat and slide your paper in. If you have a lot, I highly recommend using a pizza box. Clean of course.

I use the larger priority box. I can get a 12 x 12 album in it.
