I have to keep reminding myself that muscle weighs more than fat because these long plateaus are really depressing.
I mean I DO feel better, and I HAVE dropped some tonnage, and it WAS almost as slow last year, and my sugar IS under control, so I ought to be just glad for that and not worry when the scale sticks, and not be sad at the things I choose not to eat any more. WHACK ME, ok? Just to get my attention.

Also cooking stuff for the week today. And making cole slaw for the pot luck tomorrow.
