I am planning on doing ADR for a week im staying in October and was looking for a DDP restaurant in Downtown Disney. Does anyone have any recommendations?

1) Of your possible choices, I'd pick Raglan Road.
2) The other choices
. . . Wolfgang - quality downhill since they sold out to Levy chain
. . . Planet Hollywood - VERY noisy
. . . Capt'n Jack's - poor quality for a meal (but, great appys)

Raglan Road is the best one I've been to. Puck Cafe had terrible service although the sushi was good (not sure about getting sushi on DDP). I won't go to Planet Hollywood or Cap'n Jacks.

These are the only four TS restaurants at DTD that accept the dining plan. If you want to use a CS credit you can go to Wolfgang Puck Express (all the food and none of the service issues) or Earl of Sandwich, which is not a great value for a credit because it's so inexpensive - but everyone loves it.

I agree with Nala.. If you need to use a TS credit, RR is your best bet. We didn't love it but I also wouldn't suggest for someone to skip it if they were going back and forth between RR and somewhere else. It wasn't awful but it didn't "Wow" us.

WPE is a great value for a CS credit and we liked the food much better than RR. EoS is another great choice for a CS at DTD. I would go with either of these before RR.
