Looking for ways to get to the Poly from the WL...

What would be the QUICKEST way to get to the Poly from the WL (aside from driving myself ) I would like to experience the Tonga Toast on my next trip ...would it be too much of a hassle?

Any of the busses that go to the WL will have their next stop at the Polynesian so just jump on any of the busses. Now getting back you should take the boat from the Polynesian to the MK and then the boat from the MK to the WL. If you are not heading back to the WL after then just head over to the TTC and go where you want to go.

You could take the ferry to MK then jump on the monorail and go to the Poly. I don't think it's shorter but it's probably a better ride.

You can also take the boat from WL to the Contemporary and then take the monorail over to the Poly. We have done this and it was quick.

Not all busses go from WL to Poly. I think the EPCOT bus does not, since you can take the monorail to EPCOT.

MGM bus usually stops at Poly then at GF, you should ask the driver if he (she) is stopping there.

Also you can take the boat to contemporary to monorail to resorts (poly) or you could take boat to MK, then resort monorail to Poly.

Or you could take the bus to Ticket and Transporation then walk to Poly.

When we visited WL last Dec. to see the decorations, we went back by taking one of the WL busses to the TTC and walking back.

I have gone from the Poly to the WL and vice/versa several times, and I would say that taking the bus from the WL to the TTC and then walking to the GCH would be the quickest way!
or take the resort monorail once you get off the bus at the TTC to the Poly, it's the next stop, so you are only on the monorail for a minute, and then you'll be in the GCH!!

I'd say that route is much quicker then ferrying over to MK first.

the next best from WL to Poly would be, ferry to CR, then monorail to Poly.

I vote with Tikiman.

Unless you have a reason to rush, take the boat to MK and then the boat Poly, it is so relaxing. You can hop the bus but that is so 'commuter like' (not a complaint we love the bus compared to driving ourselves) but the boats are so much fun we always take them when we can.

The fastest way would be to take the bus to the TTC (it's either Crockett or Boone - one goes WL-TTC-Fort Wilderness-WL, the other goes in reverse - WL-Fort Wilderness-TTC-WL). , then walk to the Polynesian, or hop on the Resort Monorail. But, as others have said the boats can be nice, but you may have to wait a while.

The WL buses going to AK and MGM stop at the Poly first(as of earlier this month). These buses let you off in front of the Poly with a short walk to the lobby. The walk from TTC is further than the walk from the front of the Poly. The fastest trip would be the AK and MGM buses.
