Looking for the Instruction Manual!

I am not ashamed to admit it.
Is there a legend or instructions on all the functions of the boards?
The clip art & font instructions were great, and you deserve a golf clap for those.
I have NO clue as to what I am doing with "mark this post read" (then arrows come up?), and subscribing to stuff.
These are just a couple of my problem areas! Any help would be great!
