Looking for the best Happiest Celebration on Earth Dessert

Seems before the Disney Dining Plan it was easy to find some of the best desserts throughout WDW. I have found since the formation of the Disney Plan the desserts have stagnated in quality. Yes, they are still very good and creative but can recall many desserts from the past such as for 2000 Italy had a White Cholocate mould of the Spaceship Earth with White chocolate Moouse inside--I think they had chocolate as well. Yes, love the S-mores dessert at WL Canyon Restaurant. I just think a great way to use WDW meal plan. Pick a restaurant with the great dessert!
