Looking for suggestions for most romantic restaurant

My DH and I will be at Disney in October for four nights. We are trying to decide where to go for a very romantic dinner. We've decided to save Victoria and Alberts for another trip when we're staying at one of the monorail resorts. (we love the idea of riding the monorail in our fancy clothes ).

Which restaurant would you recommend as the most romantic? We love all kinds of food but fish. We will have a car so are willing to drive to any of the resorts, (we're staying at the BWI). We have eaten at the California Grill a few times and loved it! But want something new.

Please let me know your recommendations and why you picked that restaurant.

We enjoy the Bistro in the France pavillion at EPCOT, although I don't know how dressed up you want to get when at EPCOT. The food is great and the atmosphere is very romantic.

Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge is another nice spot with great food. Not quite as romantic, but still a good place to go for a more "adult" meal.

JIKO at Animal Kingdom Lodge is the spot DH and I went to on our last trip. It was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this one. There were very few children in the restaurant and our waiter was very attentive to every detail. We even had the sommelier (don't know if I spelled it right....the wine person) bring us 3 different types of wines to try before we decided which one we would like with our meals. The food was delicious and I am looking forward to going back again in the future.
