Hello all, I was looking for some advice on an upcoming birthday trip for my grandma---she will be turning 87 in the world!!!! I have heard about "Birthday buttons" that people have worn at the parks. Are these just for children or can anyone get one? And where do you get them? My guess would be guest services. Also because of the walking distances at the world, we would probally be using a wheelchair or the like for part/most of our trip. Are these hard to get? Does anyone know if they can be reserved? I know at this point we are planning the ADR's for places she would like to eat and leaning toward getting the dinning plan for that reason. I hope to be able to plan out a really great trip for her, but I feel that because of her back/leg problems we are not going to do any of the coaster type rides. We were planning alot of shows and rides like small world, peterpan, ect. I also was thinking about a tour but not sure what maybe the best for her to do----anyone that has taken the tours please tell me if they are wheelchair friendly. Our tenative dates are Nov 1-? Please, any and all help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you---sp
and every CM wished him a happy birthday. He took it off after an hour or so. Also if you are staying on site, when making your reservations make sure you tell them it is your grandma;s 87th birthday and the date. I mentioned this when making reservations for my DH and while we were at the
Get them at Guest Services, or at City Hall when you're at Magic Kingdom.
