Looking for some info about Charabottlin

I picked up a charabottlin with Chip-n-Dale inside of it today. I usually pick up Disney stuff that I've never seen before while I'm out at thrift shops, but this one I couldn't find anything about one I got home. It is a plastic bottle about 3 inches tall. The white lid has a chain on it to hook on to something and says Disney on the top. On the bottom it has a sticker on the bottom that is in Japanese. I scanned it with Google Translate and it says:

So if there is any more info anyone can give, that's be great.
