Thanks for offering to help everyone. Here's a birthday posting primer. This is the way I do it, but I'm sure everyone could figure out the system that works best for them. It's just a little tricky to get started, but then after that it is easy.
I open about 6 windows on internet explorer. I find it goes faster that way. The first four I bring up the Dis's Calendar link. Here's the link for March:

You can get there by clicking on "Calendar" at the top of any of the Dis Boards.
I then bring up whatever clipart picture I want to use in the 5th window. You do not have to use clipart, it's just my "thing". You can type a message in on the new thread.
In the sixth window, I open up the Birthday forum. Here's the link.

Ok, in the fist window with the current calendar in it, click on today's date. Click on the first name that is shown. This will bring up their profile. You can use your own system, but I usually only post birthdays of people who have posted in the last 6-8 weeks. Some days it will be a few and other days it will be 20 people. Use whatever works for you.
Look where it shows their Last Post to figure this out. I then click on Send __________ a private message! You can also click on their email link. Whichever you prefer. Some people will not have a PM link and others do not like to be contacted by email. You'll find this out when you click on their email link. A message will appear stating this. I usually don't post these members birthdays. You can decide whether you want to or not. After I click on Send _________ a private message! the PM screen will pop up. I then highlight and copy their user name so I don't have to remember how to spell it. I then go to the last window and click on the "New Thread" button. I then type in "Happy Birthday (paste name here)! and the current date (3/1). I then go down and post my birthday message. I always keep "Email notification unchecked so I don't get bombarded by replies to the thread". After I've clicked on "Submit Thread" on the bottom of the page, I go to the link located at the top of the page and copy it.
I then go back to the PM screen for that person and paste in their birthday greeting link with and type in Birthday Thread in the subject line. I make sure that I don't have "Save a Copy" and "Request Read Receipt" unchecked. You don't have to do this, but if you don't you'll have to remember to delete them out of your own PM box or it will fill up quickly.
I then click on calendar and while that is loading move onto the second window and start the process over again. It might seem like it only saves a couple of seconds, but I try to keep the process moving as quickly as possible.
If a member hasn't posted in the last month or so and you aren't posting a greeting, just hit the back button and it will take you to the calendar screen again. Just remember, you can only post a new thread every 49 seconds and a PM every 15 seconds.
I'm sure that I haven't explained this in the easiest way possible, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask. Let me know if/when you'd like to start posting them.
Like I said earlier I really enjoy doing them, but I just need a little break.
